5. Birth Information Accuracy

Human Design charts are created using the birth information you provide, including birth date, birth time, and birth location.

You confirm that any birth information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You understand that birth time can affect the accuracy of a Human Design chart. If the birth information provided is incorrect, approximate, or later changes, your chart and any related interpretation may also change.

We are not responsible for inaccurate chart information or interpretation that results from incorrect, incomplete, or approximate birth information provided by you.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Human Design coaching, readings, courses, and resources may support deeper awareness, clarity, connection, understanding, and reflection.

However, no specific result, transformation, parenting outcome, relationship outcome, emotional outcome, financial result, business result, or personal change is guaranteed.

Your experience may vary based on your circumstances, participation, readiness, interpretation, and how you choose to apply the information.

7. Payments

All prices are listed at the time of purchase, booking, or enrollment.

By purchasing a session, reading, course, program, membership, workshop, digital product, or other service, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be received before access to services, sessions, programs, courses, memberships, or digital materials is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price over time. It is not a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled at any time unless specifically stated in writing.

If a payment fails, access to sessions, materials, programs, community spaces, or digital content may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

You remain responsible for completing the full payment plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of Human Design readings, chart preparation, coaching, digital products, courses, personalized services, energetic work, and immediate access to materials, all sales are final unless a specific refund policy is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not guaranteed once:

- A purchase has been made

- A session has been booked

- A chart has been prepared

- Digital access has been granted

- A course or program has begun

- Personalized work has started

Any special refund policy for a specific offer, course, program, or promotion will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written agreement.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For private sessions, readings, or coaching appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, no-shows, or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of The Code Within.

If we need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time.

11. Digital Products, Courses, and Program Access

Digital products, courses, recordings, guides, worksheets, templates, and resources are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, publish, upload, edit, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Access to digital content may be provided through a website, course platform, email, community platform, downloadable link, or another delivery method.

We do not guarantee that digital content, programs, courses, platforms, or resources will be available forever. We may update, replace, remove, pause, or discontinue content at any time.

You agree not to share another participant’s personal information, birth information, chart, story, comments, questions, screenshots, or experiences outside the group.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from a group, program, membership, workshop, office hour, or community space if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, unsafe, or out of alignment with the integrity of the space.

No refund is guaranteed if access is removed due to a violation of these Terms.

14. Recordings

Some group calls, workshops, trainings, office hours, or live sessions may be recorded and shared with participants.

By attending a live session, you understand that your name, voice, image, chat comments, or questions may appear in a recording.

You may choose to keep your camera off, change your display name, or avoid sharing personal details if you do not want them included in a recording.

15. Testimonials and Client Stories

Testimonials, client stories, screenshots, and feedback shared on this website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences.

They are not promises or guarantees that you will have the same or similar results.

We will only share identifying testimonials, screenshots, or personal stories with permission. We may share anonymous or generalized feedback without identifying personal details.
